Commissions are a large part of my work.  It is challenging yet gratifying to be able to work with a client to combine their vision with mine in order to create a work of art.  In the past couple of years I have had several people from all parts of the country commission me to do paintings that had seen my work as far back as 45-50 years ago.  There have been times especially when things were slow, I have felt my work was not all that important.  But then I thought to myself these are people that have seen good times and bad, raised children, worked jobs, been through wars and yet through all of it an image of a painting of mine they had seen has stayed with them and has meant something to them all these years.  Please watch for more images.
